I had a deck and Pergola built by Provision outdoor Living that went above and beyond my expectations. After speaking with a couple of different companies and getting quotes, I chose Provision because as a single woman many times when working with contractors they talk down to me or think they can charge me double if not triple and I wouldn’t know any different. I got quotes from two other contractors before landing with Provision. This was not my experience working with Provision Outdoor Solutions. From the beginning speaking with the front office lady to the contractor Russell and along with the workers themselves, I was treated with respect and my opinion mattered. If I had ideas or questions they were there to answer. My deck and pergola are gorgeous and I love the small details they added for person touch. I highly recommend them and any other projects that I may have, I will turn to them.

We had a great experience working with them on our outdoor kitchen project. Communication was always quick and responsive, and they did an excellent job understanding what we wanted. They provided thoughtful recommendations throughout the process, which helped us make the right decisions. The final result turned out exactly how we envisioned, and we’re very happy with the quality of the work. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic experience working with Russell and the team at Provision Outdoor Living on our backyard renovation project.

From the beginning, Russell brought a level of creativity and vision that immediately stood out. The complimentary 3D design presentation was incredibly helpful and gave us confidence in both the layout and the overall direction of the project. More importantly, he came up with creative solutions that genuinely improved the functionality and flow of the space instead of simply installing exactly what we originally envisioned.

Throughout construction, Russell was highly involved and consistently present on-site. As with any large outdoor project, a few issues and adjustments came up along the way, but what mattered most to us was how committed he was to making things right and ensuring we were genuinely happy with the end result. He was responsive, hands-on, and clearly cared about the quality of the finished product.

The final product turned out beautifully, and we would absolutely recommend Russell and Provision Outdoor Living to anyone. Their pricing was on the high end of all of the other bids we received, but it was worth every penny to have the peace of mind that we were going to be taken care of and the project would turn out to our standards.

We recently had our backyard completely redone by PROvision Outdoor Living including our pool, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. After a challenging experience the first time around, working with Russell made all the difference.

From start to finish, Russell was professional, attentive, and easy to communicate with, always gets back to you if he can’t answer his phone, plus completely reliable! Russell truly cared about making sure we were happy every step of the way. He communicated clearly, followed through on everything he promised, and went above and beyond to ensure the project turned out exactly how we envisioned.

Now that everything is complete, our backyard looks absolutely amazing—it’s like a whole new space that we can truly enjoy. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely cares about their clients, we highly recommend Russell and his team.

Thank you again for turning our backyard into something we love!

Hired PROvision to place / install limestone pavers on our front and back porch, plus power shades on the back porch. Excellent work and communication. We are extremely satisfied.

We had a wonderful experience working with PROvision! It was time to replace our grill and we had never been happy with the set up from when we built our home. They were able to tie it in more cohesively with the house as well as give us more counter space. We also had them custom build a new pool shed. I’ve never had a contractor keep the job site so tidy – highly recommend!
